🍝 Miso Tofu Noodles
A warm, umami-packed noodle bowl topped with crispy tofu that’s simple, healthy, and dorm-friendly. The savory miso-based broth clings to each strand of noodle, delivering a comforting depth of flavor that’s both nourishing and satisfying.


🧂 Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
- 1 packet instant noodles (no seasoning)
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup spinach or bok choy (or other green leafy vegetables)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp oil
👩🍳 Instructions
- Pan-fry tofu till golden. Set aside.
- Boil noodles (according to instructions), drain.
- In same pan, sauté (fry) garlic.
- Add miso + soy sauce + splash of water (or chicken stock if available).
- Toss in greens and noodles.
- Mix and top with tofu.
- Serve warm.
