🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
  • 1 packet instant noodles (no seasoning)
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup spinach or bok choy (or other green leafy vegetables)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Pan-fry tofu till golden. Set aside.
  2. Boil noodles (according to instructions), drain.
  3. In same pan, sauté (fry) garlic.
  4. Add miso + soy sauce + splash of water (or chicken stock if available).
  5. Toss in greens and noodles.
  6. Mix and top with tofu.
  7. Serve warm.
